"Extensive repair required due to rotted sheathing and sofit. Mr Sumner was easy to contact and very prompt to reply. His explanation of the needed repairs was through and the work completed efficiently and on time. I would absolutely recommend the company."

Very professional
"I recently had two skylights replaced on my house. The work was performed by Bill Sumner of Winter Springs Roofing and Repair. I can not say enough about the professionalism and superior work accomplished. They scheduled the work and then followed up with me a couple days before to let me know that everything was still on track and for the scheduled date and time. All the materials were top quality and far superior to what was originally installed. I would highly recommend Winter Springs Roofing and Repair to anyone who needs roofing work done. I have been a home owner for more than 30 years and have never dealt with a more professional roofer. I plan to use his services again in the very near future on a project at another property that I own."

Excellent Workmanship
"We recently purchased a home in Winter Springs. The house needed extensive roof repair and renovation. We contracted with Bill at Winter Springs Roofing. He gave us a detailed explanation of the work necessary, including the final cost for all work. Bill and his crew responded when they said they would, and completed the work when they said it would be completed. The workmanship was excellent, and they met and satisfied every problem that I brought to their attention. We are completely satisfied and happy with the tile roof, and would recommend Bill and his company to anyone looking for or needing roof work."
