"Bill scheduled a time to meet and was prompt and pleasant when he arrived. I had what we thought to be a leak in the roof, but Bill evaluated and explained it would be an easy repair for me to do without having to hire his crew to come out. The problem had nothing to do with the integrity of my roof, but just the angle that one of my vents was set at. I was prepared to "pay the piper" to fix, instead Bill spent 20 mins with me, didn't charge a dime and gave me a resolution to my problem. Thanks Bill- I'll be using you in the future and referring you when needed."

"After purchasing a home we had an issue with the chimney and couldn't get insurance until the problem was fixed. Winter Springs Roofing took on this smaller job of removing the chimney and repairing the roof. Job well done and quickly satisfying our insurance company."

"After much research and education I was pleased to choose WSRR. I took notice of the other roofs in my neighborhood getting done by unmarked trucks and it looked questionable as to whether they were temporary workers or were these real companies. I discovered much of the roof work is being done by sales people that write jobs and the work is being flipped over to some generic workers or subs. I was very diligent to make sure that I would find a company with a researchable history and verifiable location that was a real actual company. I decided to check with the BBB and learned that in their over 30 yr history they had no complaints. The difference in the professionalism I experienced dealing with WSRR vs what I observed was night and day, especially when I was able to work directly with the owner from the estimate to the final day instead of company reps. They made themselves available whenever I had a question during the process. The job went as planned and the yard was clean and protected during the entire process. I couldn't be happier with the results and experience throughout"
