Awesome Work!
"Bill and his team are amazing! He repaired our flat top patio roof so that it no longer leaks. They spread a commercial grade product that hardened to a strong shell on the roof of it. In addition he capped off all the rotted fascia and soffit with white aluminum so that it will look great for the years to come. Because the roof was not properly installed, our project required his team to remove and replace the shingles surrounding the patio roof after he installed a wide flashing around the roof to prevent leaks. He matched our shingles perfectly and the roof is beautiful. They did extra trimming for us and invented a metal cap that surrounded the ceiling part of the patio to renew the look of the ceiling. The attached photo shows this trim. We are very happy with the result. His team was on time and very, very knowledgeable about roofing problems and how to repair them. They were always on time, polite and easy to have around. We feel very fortunate that we were able to find him and that his seasoned crew were the men who did our work."
