Long time customers
"Bill Sumner has done work on our tile roof dating back to 2001. He has promptly returned our calls and has always been on time for his scheduled appointments. Last year, I recommended him to my next door neighbor for what I considered a "big job". That neighbor has told me that he was very well pleased with the investment he made in that project. I only have the highest remarks for Winter Springs Roofing and will gladly recommend them when the occasion arises."

"A huge thank you for a job well done to Winter Springs Roofing...the only roofing company we found that specifically repairs chimneys. The owner was a constant presence on the job and the workers were kind, friendly, and incredibly hard working. All the work was done in a timely manner and for a fair price. We would highly recommend this company to family and friends!!"

Can’t thank Bill and his team enough!
"This note is to say THANK YOU.... THANK YOU for repairing the patio roof that we have been battling with for the past 5 years, as we told you, the roof was erected in 2004, and soon after the leak started. The original builder came numerous times to try and stop the leak. After about times 10 of him coming back to try and fix the problem, we told him, to just give it up. We contacted 2 handymen after that , and neither of them had any answers and just painted more caulking on the seams, Did not work. So we decided to ignore it for 12 months, and of course the leaks got worse. We found your ad and called. You responded the same day and was here the afternoon. We agreed on a price and you started the next morning, you did find a much larger problem that was not visible, until you had removed the flashing, you also fixed that, checked the rest of the roof, made some minor repairs, so we now have a complete roof that we do not expect any problems for quite some time. Thank you once again, for your workmanship, and caring for your customers, you also cleaned up before you left. You can use me as a reference any time if you need to."

Winter Springs always impresses us
"This is the second time we have had W.S. Roofing do work for us. We live in a neighborhood with tile roofs. When the homes were built the contractor used materials that are supposed to be used with shingle roofs not tile. Therefore we have problems on the roof. They have fixed or repaired all the vents, stacks and pipes that are on the roof. I am very happy with the result and would recommend them. They came when they said they would and they did the work promised. The estimate I had was from over a year ago and they honored the price."
