"We were interested in having our 30 year old tile roof in Venice restored. We had a local company gives us a quote to seal the tiles and change the tile color but were concerned because they weren't roofers and hadn't been doing this for very long. We researched online to find what we thought was the most reputable company who restored tile roofs. I was surprised but Bill agree to drive to Venice ~3 hours one way to evaluate our roof. He gave a very detailed assessment of the condition and state of our tile roof and thought it wasn't a good canditate for resurfacing because of the age, type and condition or our roof. Bill also recommended that we research our local roofers to reroof our home. We probably not going to use Winter Springs roofing but Bill has provided us with an invaluable service and spent >8hours of his time with no reimbursement (6 hours driving and time on the phone). I feel Bill provided us with a highly professional assessment of our roof and recommended that we not restore our roof but replace it with a roofer close to us. I could not be more impressed by Bill."

Excellent work
"Great experience all around! This was the first time we have had to replace our roof and the task seemed daunting until Bill walked us through the process. From the office staff (Tammy) to the roofing crew, everyone was courteous and knowledgeable and handled everything seamlessly. We were so pleased with how promptly and efficiently the team worked to get the job done. Our roof had storm damage and Winter Springs Roofing and Repair went above and beyond to not only replace our roof, but also took time to address a structural problem that had existed from the original build. Our roof looks great! We are happy we chose to work with Bill and would recommend his team for any roofing project!"

We had a great experience
"We had a great experience with Winter Springs Roofing and would recommend them to anyone in need a of a new roof or repair! We had a new addition added to our home 5 years ago. The eve's around the addition had begun to separated from the roof and soffit allowing rain to get into the eves. Bill came out very quickly and inspected the roof. He found there to be other issues with the roof on the new addition outside of what we could see. I was very upset about the quality of work that had been previously done and concerned about the integrity of the entire room. Bill shared all of his insight about the roof and reassured us everything could be repaired. He answered all our questions, their showroom is beautiful, the team was prompt, answered all our questions and the work completed as scheduled. They did a great job and we are so happy with our new roof!"
