Thanks to Bill
"On 8/13/2010 Bill had his crew out to replace shingles over the hole left by a gas vent, to replace a skylight and repair the leaks on my aluminum roof over the back porch. When Bill showed up to do an inspection and tell me the cost he proposed a solution for the back porch which saved me close to 60% of the job. He told me this work would have to be done anyway so why not start there and see if it solves the problem. The very next day we had quite the afternoon thunderstorm the type that would usually have two to four leaks show up. Not this time!!! No leaks any where!!! So thanks to Bill for your professionalism for not doing more than is required to fix the job. Thanks to your crew who did the job quickly with little disturbance to our household routine. You get my recommendation for anyone who has any need for work on their roof!!!"

"we at ABC Cleaning have been working with winter springs roofing for over 10 years rebuilding chimney stacks ,we do all the chase cover and inspect the flue pipe when needed. BILL and his crew does a real good job rebuilding the stack, we would not recommend any one else to do this work.........outstanding work......thank you ED"

"In April 2010 we contracted with Bill Sumner of Winter Springs Roofing and Repair to resurface our back patio roof and replace the old, leaky skylights. Of the four or five roofers from whom we received quotes, Bill was by far the most knowledgeable, explaining all the intricacies of the repair and permitting process so we would not be surprised or delayed after the work began, and to ensure that the roof would never leak again. The work started and ended on schedule, Bill took care of all the paperwork, permits and inspections himself, and his crew was very professional. We are very pleased with our new patio roof and skylights, which were tested right away they withstood a strong thunderstorm just two days after completion without a single leak or problem anywhere. Quick and easy
"When I originally contracted to replace the chimney siding, Bill found extra damage around the chimney. They replaced the damage for the price of the original estimate. When the General Contractor found termite damage above the master bathroom, Winter Springs Roofing was available to quickly estimate and include that work with the original work."
