"Dear Neighbors and Friends: We first worked with Winter Springs Roofing in July 2005. We had extensive repair work done, costing close to $3000.00. The repairs have held up beautifully and to this day, we have had no problems with the repaired area. Recently, we've had a new problem. We'd gotten three estimates and again went with Winter Springs Roofing. The repairs were completed while we were away on a cruise. We were happy to see that the workers left the area spotless. Bill, the owner, is "hands on" in his business. In addition to returning calls and e-mails promptly, he keeps appointments on time and answers questions to the satisfaction of the customer. He is unique in his professionalism and follow through. I highly recommend Winter Springs Roofing for your repair needs, and I suggest you check out the website for many other positive comments. It's always best practice to get estimates, but done let cost be the deciding factor in your decision. This company's prices are more than fair and, as we all know, you get what you pay for."

"Extensive repair required due to rotted sheathing and sofit. Mr Sumner was easy to contact and very prompt to reply. His explanation of the needed repairs was through and the work completed efficiently and on time. I would absolutely recommend the company."

You immediately came out to inspect and proactively called a drywall repair company to correct the problem straightaway. Both the skylight and ceiling were fixed beyond our expectations. Very professional
"I recently had two skylights replaced on my house. The work was performed by Bill Sumner of Winter Springs Roofing and Repair. I can not say enough about the professionalism and superior work accomplished. They scheduled the work and then followed up with me a couple days before to let me know that everything was still on track and for the scheduled date and time. All the materials were top quality and far superior to what was originally installed. I would highly recommend Winter Springs Roofing and Repair to anyone who needs roofing work done. I have been a home owner for more than 30 years and have never dealt with a more professional roofer. I plan to use his services again in the very near future on a project at another property that I own."
